Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is looking to solve business and technical problems through automation and process improvement using RPA solutions
Requirements
- Working knowledge of multiple computer languages preferred (C/C-Sharp/C++, Python, VB.Net, SQL, HTML, Java, JavaScript)
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with process documentation preferred (Visio, flowcharts, Task Capture)
- Experience automating processes using tools and techniques preferred (UiPath, Power Automate)
Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation and development for robotic process automation (RPA)
- Analyze processes/activities and make automation recommendations for operational and functional areas
- Quantify savings to the organization based on projects that utilize RPA solutions
- Create process documentation and utilize business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) converting data from various data sources into interactive dashboards and analysis reports
- Develop/maintain systems supported by Engineering Services
- Prepare and/or design new reports and coding as needed
- Regularly correspond with and answer questions from supervision and management concerning automation solutions
Other
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Computing, Management Information Systems, or related curriculum with at least 1 year in the program
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels
- Self-motivated and able to learn, develop and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment
