Callibrity is looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to integrate into a software development team and work directly with client stakeholders on greenfield software development projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React
- Understanding of scrum, unit testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps
- Knowledge of microserviced architectures and RESTful APIs, especially in Ruby on Rails
- Good experience with relational databases
- Successfully solve Callibrity’s CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges
Responsibilities
- Integrate into a software development team without needing ongoing, daily supervision
- Work directly with client stakeholders on greenfield software development projects
- Participate in pair programming and code reviews
- Solve a broad subset of problems with a broader set of solutions by choosing the right language, framework, and tool for a problem
- Proactively identify opportunities, challenges, and issues and recommend a solution
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and IoT
