Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional strategy and execution for transformation engagements
- Develop AI adoption roadmaps aligned with customer priorities
- Redesign workflows with embedded AI for high-impact use cases
- Deliver targeted content and offers through 1:1 and 1:Many formats
- Guide change management using Kotter or ADKAR frameworks
- Track and report business outcomes (efficiency, growth, experience)
- Advocate for product enhancements based on customer feedback
