Requirements

  • Master's degree in Statistics or related discipline
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in analytics programming (SAS, SQL, R, Python)
  • Ability to incorporate production code macros and execute programming assignments independently
  • Experience in applying advanced scientific and analytical methods in real-world evidence generation
  • PhD in Statistics or closely related discipline (e.g., Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Health Services Research)
  • Python and machine learning experience
  • Experience analyzing large medical claims datasets

Responsibilities

  • Designing, planning, and executing large scale data analysis
  • Developing algorithms to identify gaps in the care continuum
  • Analyzing clinical, survey, claims, and electronic medical record databases
  • Executing analysis plans and providing consultation to design as needed
  • Translating therapeutic area business needs into project concepts
  • Developing and maintaining effective cross-functional working relationships
  • Overseeing problem solving within the analytical team

Other

  • Presenting results of analysis and contribute presentation of findings and key takeaways for various audiences
  • Interactions with Medical Engagement, Business Unit TAs, HEOR, and RWE CoE regarding findings
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on joint projects
  • Master's degree
