Requirements
- Master's degree in Statistics or related discipline
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in analytics programming (SAS, SQL, R, Python)
- Ability to incorporate production code macros and execute programming assignments independently
- Experience in applying advanced scientific and analytical methods in real-world evidence generation
- PhD in Statistics or closely related discipline (e.g., Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Health Services Research)
- Python and machine learning experience
- Experience analyzing large medical claims datasets
Responsibilities
- Designing, planning, and executing large scale data analysis
- Developing algorithms to identify gaps in the care continuum
- Analyzing clinical, survey, claims, and electronic medical record databases
- Executing analysis plans and providing consultation to design as needed
- Translating therapeutic area business needs into project concepts
- Developing and maintaining effective cross-functional working relationships
- Overseeing problem solving within the analytical team

- Presenting results of analysis and contribute presentation of findings and key takeaways for various audiences
- Interactions with Medical Engagement, Business Unit TAs, HEOR, and RWE CoE regarding findings
