Arcosa Materials is seeking a Safety Culture Manager to support the Construction Products Group (CPG) in the rollout, training, and sustainment of the ARC 100 Safety Culture Program – Advocating Real Change: 100% Involved, 100% Committed, 100% Safe, to build a proactive, people-driven safety culture.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating training, coaching, or employee engagement processes.
  • Experience in continuous improvement and/or change management processes preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate ARC 100 training sessions, workshops, and follow-up coaching for leaders, supervisors, and employee teams.
  • Support and guide employee-led Safety Steering Teams and continuous improvement teams, helping to build and implement leading safety indicators and best practices.
  • Coach and mentor operations leaders and employees to promote ownership, positive accountability, and engagement in safety.
  • Serve as a field liaison for the ARC 100 program—providing feedback, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement or additional support.
  • Assist in developing tracking and reporting systems to measure participation metrics, training outcomes, and performance indicators related to ARC 100 initiatives.
  • Assist with the development, standardization, and communication of ARC 100 materials, tools, and success stories.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support program effectiveness.

Other

  • Partner with Business Unit Leaders to implement and sustain the ARC 100 program across all CPG locations.
  • Coordinate with business unit leaders to ensure alignment and consistency in program delivery and messaging.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, HR, and EHS teams to embed cultural principles into all aspects of work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect and build trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to lead discussions, influence behavior, and inspire participation in safety initiatives.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Extensive travel required (up to 75%) across CPG locations.
