The Store Support Center is looking to drive sales performance by providing insights and recommendations through data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis techniques, tools, and software to effectively analyze sales data and extract meaningful insights.
- Statistical Analysis: Familiarity with statistical analysis methods to conduct advanced data analysis and generate accurate insights.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Access, and Macros) and familiarity with data collection software and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business objectives, sales metrics, and key performance indicators to guide data collection and analysis efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales analysis strategies and methodologies to identify market trends, sales opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of data to generate accurate and actionable reports and recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports and establish and maintain standardized analysis processes.
- Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate sales analysis findings.
- Develop and implement data collection strategies, methodologies, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality across the team.
- Conduct quality control checks on collected data to identify and resolve any inconsistencies, errors, or anomalies.
- Analyze and interpret data collection metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize data collection processes.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Data Science). MBA preferred.
- Proven experience managing any type of analytical team.

- ONSITE: This is an onsite position, candidates must be able to report to our Store Support Center located at 600 Citadel Drive, Commerce, CA 90040.
