Requirements
- Proven Cold Calling Experience
- Demonstrated success in a prior sales or business development role that involved daily/weekly calling and emailing KPIs.
- Experience attending industry events and driving interest
- Experience with designing and executing outbound campaigns.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn SalesNav, etc.
- Experience or strong interest in SaaS, real estate private equity, or financial services technology.
Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain consistent activity levels: 300+ calls and 200+ emails per week - while focusing on quality conversations and qualified meetings.
- Identify and engage prospects within both assigned and unassigned territories, uncovering new opportunities across the private markets space.
- Partner with your assigned Account Executives to develop territory strategies, share insights, and align outreach efforts.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-driven prospecting platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to build and manage a clean, organized pipeline.
- Monitor industry news, funding announcements, acquisitions, leadership changes, and other trigger events to identify timely outreach opportunities.
- Use news alerts, research tools, and social signals to personalize outreach and connect with prospects when interest is highest.
