James Imaging Systems is looking for a Sales Data Analyst to help deliver seamless, data-backed solutions to their clients by managing and analyzing sales data, supporting sales deals, and ensuring smooth client experiences.
Requirements
- Background in technical service
- understanding device functionality and troubleshooting is highly valued
- Strong command of Excel and Microsoft Office (pivot tables are your playground)
- Quick learner with the ability to master multiple platforms
- Familiarity with printers/copiers and contract management is a plus
- Project management experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Build and manage advanced billing reports for high-volume clients using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and more)
- Partner with Sales to support Managed Print Service (MPS) deals-from kickoff to implementation
- Lead pre- and post-sales project coordination to ensure a smooth client experience
- Maintain and update client environments using tools like: CRM (Sherpa), ERP (E-Auto), DCA (FM Audit), Mapping Tools (IllustratorECI Mapping Tool), Microsoft Office Suite
- Conduct client walk-throughs, tag devices, and create environment maps
- Input accurate data into all systems and support software setup for the Sales Team
- Collaborate closely with our internal Sales Team-your primary client-to ensure they have the data and tools needed to succeed
