Requirements
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and software
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or other programming/data query/reporting
- Experience with Homeowners’ insurance
- Proficiency in using SQL
Responsibilities
- Design and build management reports, dashboards and scorecards to analyze customer and agent behavior
- Monitor ongoing performance across distribution partners, identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer conversions
- Assist in the onboarding of new partners, from a data governance perspective, ensuring data accurately flows from source systems to reporting tools and dashboards
- Build and refine the ideal customer profile for direct-to-consumer marketing
- Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and marketing teams to gather insights and data for product enhancement
- Other duties, as assigned

- Collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, insurance, underwriting, or a related role
