Rithum is looking to create qualified sales opportunities by engaging executive decision makers across target accounts to drive new pipeline.
Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales development or outbound calling experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo (US) or Lusha (EMEA)
Responsibilities
- Proactively source new opportunities through outbound calls emails and social engagement
- Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns events and the website qualifying and routing them appropriately
- Research accounts and personas to personalize outreach and uncover potential business needs
- Lead effective first conversations with executive decision makers that prime them for next steps and result in scheduled qualification or discovery meetings
- Qualify prospects to ensure fit interest and alignment before passing to Senior AEs
- Maintain accurate records of activity lead status and opportunity progression in Salesforce
- Use the tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Lusha or similar) to manage activity and optimize workflows
Other
- Partner with Senior AEs and Marketing to prioritize target accounts, industries and events
- Continuously develop sales skills product knowledge and understanding of the e-commerce landscape
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently, manage time effectively and consistently meet activity and pipeline goals
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding performance metrics such as opportunities created or pipeline contribution
- Ability to work standard business hours as dictated by leadership
- Up to 10% travel required
