Requirements
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and telephony infrastructure.
- Experience with Enterprise SaaS and Contact Center Sales.
- Experience in healthcare tech or ML/AI/NLU technologies is a plus.
- Ability to deliver demonstrations to both business and technology users/audiences.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term needs.
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent; deep technical understanding- an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design tailored solutions by aligning customer needs with Hyro’s capabilities, considering technical, deployment, and security factors.
- Assess client tech landscapes to anticipate execution challenges and strategy shifts.
- Develop architectural ‘blueprints’ detailing Hyro’s integration and configuration.
- Deliver demos, analyze customer data, and provide ROI insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop feasible, profitable solutions and provide product feedback.
- Track market trends, identify competitive risks, and contribute to Hyro’s technology evolution.
- Support Sales Executives in pre-sales, leading scoping sessions and crafting solution proposals.
Other
- 5+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect of a technical product.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- At least 3 days in the NYC office.
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
