Floatbot seeks a Sales Executive to expand its client base within the banking, insurance, and BPO industries by selling its generative AI-powered conversational AI platforms.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the AI and conversational AI landscape.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create effective sales strategies.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the banking, insurance, and/or BPO industries, including their technological challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver compelling, data-driven sales presentations and proposals, clearly articulating the value proposition of Floatbot's technology and its impact on client operations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, engineering, product) to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.
- Provide regular feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the target industries.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and identify areas for improvement in sales strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and contract negotiation.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the banking, insurance, and BPO sectors, focusing on clients who can benefit from Floatbot`s AI-powered solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role, ideally within the technology sector, with a demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in lead generation and qualification techniques.
- Expertise in negotiation and legal contract negotiation.
- Strong account management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
