Uniti is seeking to transform raw data into actionable insights to inform go-to-market strategy, pipeline health, and sales performance
Requirements
- Proficient with Excel (lookups, pivots, conditional logic; Power Query a plus)
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tool)
- SQL for querying and joining datasets (basic to intermediate)
- Familiarity with PowerPoint for stakeholder-ready presentations
- Bonus: exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Python/R, or data visualization best practices
Responsibilities
- Pull, clean, and validate sales and marketing data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets, databases)
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support weekly/monthly business reviews with data prep, visualizations, and concise summaries
- Create slide materials and visuals to communicate insights to Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
- Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Marketing to improve data quality and reporting processes
- Translate business questions into data queries, metrics, and dashboards
- Build dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tool)
Other
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related)
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter who can manage time effectively in a part-time (15–20 hours/week) environment
- Authorized to work in the country
