Help customers understand the value of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and apply business development and relationship building skills in a dynamic, customer-focused environment at Esri
Requirements
- Strong interest in sales and customer engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically presentation skills
- Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is desirable
- Familiarity with Esri products such as ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro is a plus
- Ability to learn and understand technical concepts and communicate them to customers
- Basic understanding of business development principles and practices
- Experience with sales and customer engagement is not required but is a plus
Responsibilities
- Learning key Esri products such as ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro, and how they solve real-world business challenges
- Participating in customer engagements alongside experienced account managers and solution engineers, building your relationship management skills
- Developing a foundational understanding of business development, that can be leveraged for a future in Sales, Marketing, Consulting and various Technical roles
Other
- We seek students who are majoring in business and are currently enrolled in a master’s, or PhD program at a university in the United States

- Able to complete a 12-week internship beginning in May or June 2026
- Desirable students that will be graduating with a graduate degree by 2026
