Requirements
- 2-3 years reporting and analysis using Microsoft Excel
- 1-3 years using Business Objects or data analysis/querying tools
- 2-3 years’ experience in an analytical support function
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity and Experience with Salesforce Implementation
Responsibilities
- Report and analyze effectiveness of financial services product offerings utilizing business applications (including Business Objects, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce Einstein Analytics)
- Develop recommendations based on the data as it relates to current market challenges
- Design and continuously develop tools to evaluate regional KPIs.
- Develop professional presentation and support materials (e.g. Wholesale Dealer Acquisition, Dealer Account Reviews).
- Deliver scheduled reporting for critical business measurements such as loyalty, aftermarket sales, finance penetrations and competitive insights.
- Work closely with 3 rd party data providers to ensure a complete understanding of the data available and how it benefits VWFS / AFS.
- Ad-hoc reports as required to align to Department goals and objectives.

- 3-5 years of professional work experience
- 1-3 years financial services and/or Captive Automotive Finance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason with creative and strategic thinking
- Strong oral and written communications are necessary, ability to communicate with others on important, complex and non-routine issues
