The company is looking to optimize its sales process for eBOS products by improving the efficiency, accuracy, and strategic impact of the estimating and quoting process.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of eBOS components (cabling, combiners, disconnects, transformers, etc.) and technical solution sales
- Proficient in Salesforce.com
- Proficient in Excel-based modeling
- Knowledge of NetSuite ERP (a plus)
- Experience with complex quoting processes
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end estimating and quoting process for eBOS products
- Build and maintain robust pricing models and tools
- Manage and optimize Salesforce.com workflows and reporting related to quoting and pipeline visibility
- Standardize proposal templates, bid documentation, and sales enablement assets for the eBOS product line
- Develop and deliver regular reporting on quote volumes, conversion rates, pricing trends, and margin performance
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and shorten quote turnaround times
- Support training and onboarding of Sales team members on quoting tools and procedures
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, estimating, or business analysis — ideally in the solar or renewable energy sector
- Strong communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and continuously improving systems and processes
- Passion for clean energy and sustainable technology
