Hazera is looking to drive the commercial success of its vegetable seed portfolio in the Desert Southwest region by integrating Product Development and Sales activities.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge of field trials operations.
- Expertise in MS Office;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Commercial aptitude, proactiveness, and autonomy in agenda/travel planning.
- Professional English (spoken and written).
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Co-create, support, and execute the Product Development Manager’s strategic plan for your area.
- Analyze market trends and identify variety advancements to drive innovation and ensure successful product launches.
- Take full responsibility for all pre-, and -commercial trials: planning, grower identification, contracting, sowing, transplanting, and evaluation.
- Collect and process trial evaluation data, providing weekly updates and monthly reports.
- Coordinate product development activities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist R&D activities as needed.
- Deliver clear, concise messaging and actively promote your crop at field events and via digital platforms.

- Bachelor’s degree in agricultural science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the vegetable seed business, with agronomical background.
- Willingness to travel and work under variable environmental conditions.
