The company is looking to improve its materials management, product mix development, and business process and system development through a Sales & Product Strategy Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management in a complex manufacturing environment.
- 7+ years of experience in production flow, inventory control, and production managerial systems.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Responsibilities
- Integrate sales and product strategy tools into IT platforms or procure appropriate software.
- Review planning tools and recommend optimal planning architecture integrating with MES and GRP.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
- Demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing environment.
- Supervisory experience and ability to lead a process team.
- Experience in performance management and presenting to plant management.
- Strong communication and computer literacy skills.
- Ability to handle manufacturing challenges and customer interfaces professionally.
- Self-starter with the ability to drive change and adapt to new challenges.
