Hanson Design Build Remodel is looking for a Sales/Project Developer who can guide clients through transformative decisions with honesty, clarity, and expert craftsmanship, ensuring projects are scoped, priced, and planned with excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequences, and materials
  • Understanding of building codes, permitting, trades, and design documentation
  • Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead early conversations with Clients-clarifying goals, vision, feasibility, and budget through the lens of your construction expertise.
  • Use your building knowledge to build trust, helping Clients understand design impacts, cost drivers, and trade considerations without overselling.
  • Collaborate with Designers to translate concepts into accurate scopes, drawings, and specifications.
  • Develop and document design decisions, estimates, and assumptions to maintain clarity throughout pre-construction.
  • Support estimating by gathering trade partner input and confirming pricing and materials.
  • Guide Clients through the design-to-production handoff, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident.
  • Attend pre-construction and final walk-through meetings, reinforcing continuity and ensuring project alignment.
