Global Payments is looking to solve the problem of providing best-in-class payment technology and software solutions to over 3 million companies, more than 1,300 financial institutions and over 600 million cardholders, by hiring a Software Relationship Manager (SRM) to close sales of their business solutions with merchants throughout the area.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Atlas and Salesforce
- Experience with cloud based Point of Sale solutions
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Experience with sales presentations and financial analysis
- Experience with paperless contract processing
Responsibilities
- Explaining our value proposition and demonstrating our cloud based Point of Sale solution
- Upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services
- Maintaining regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager
- Using CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing
- Running scheduled appointments, uncovering needs, and presenting Heartland Point of Sale solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses
- Prospecting new clients
- Maintaining existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
