Requirements
- Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Atlas and Salesforce
- Familiarity with cloud-based Point of Sale solutions
- Understanding of financial technology industry developments
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
- Experience with sales presentations and demonstrations
- Ability to analyze client financial information and provide solutions
Responsibilities
- Explaining the value proposition and demonstrating cloud-based Point of Sale solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses
- Upselling current clients on other Global products and services
- Maintaining regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager
- Using CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce for lead generation, sales presentations, on-the-spot client financial analysis, and paperless contract processing
- Prospecting new clients and building referral partnerships
- Running scheduled appointments and presenting Global Point of Sale solutions to close sales
- Maintaining existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
