Allstate Dealer Services is seeking a Sales Trainer and Curriculum Developer to design and deliver high impact training programs that drive performance across automotive dealers’ Finance & Insurance (F&I), sales, and service departments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or related roles, ideally within in-dealership automotive.
- Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver creative, high impact training methodologies that promote knowledge retention and skill application.
- Proven track record of delivering training that improves sales performance and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized training programs for a strategic partner, with a focus on automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) products and sales process.
- Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions primarily in person, with additional delivery through virtual and blended learning formats tailored for adult learners.
- Collaborate with Allstate Dealer Services leadership to assess training needs and implement targeted learning strategies that drive performance outcomes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance metrics, and participant feedback to ensure measurable impact.
- Continuously update and enhance training content by incorporating industry trends, best practices, and principles of adult learning.

- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel extensively (90–100% within the U.S.), with the potential for limited international travel in the future.
