Boldyn Networks is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, developing customized solutions to enhance business processes, and supporting future projects to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce's proprietary programming languages for custom development.
- Proficiency in building and customizing Lightning components.
- Skills in data migration, data cleansing, and data quality management.
- Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security features and compliance requirements.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integrating Salesforce with other systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce users, roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Create custom fields and modify pick lists to meet business needs.
- Deliver system enhancements and updates to improve functionality.
- Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs/issues promptly.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
- Maintain integrations with other systems, including NetSuite and ServiceNow, and collaborate with other system administrators as needed.
- Maintain technical documentation of CRM build and customizations.

- This is a remote, work from home position.
- Candidates on Eastern and Central Time Zones will be given preference.
- This is a full-time role, and you would be expected to not have additional full-time positions.
