Requirements
- Strong understanding of Salesforce AI and Agentforce experience.
- Proven experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, APIs).
- Expertise in REST API and other Salesforce technologies.
- Ability to bridge business needs with advanced AI capabilities within Salesforce.
- Experience with data strategy, data quality, and governance for AI initiatives.
- Knowledge of implementing and optimizing AI agents within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with large language models and their integration into enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
- Implement and configure large language models (LLMs) for Salesforce agents to enable intelligent, autonomous solutions.
- Develop custom components, templates, and integrations for Agentforce within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable AI/ML solutions and AI-driven Salesforce agents.
- Guide customers in adopting, activating, and expanding their use of Agentforce and AI-powered agents.
