Steampunk is looking to solve business and technical problems by translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
Requirements
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
- Proven knowledge and practical application of Lightning Web Components (LWCs) APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services
- Knowledge and experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies, such as Salesforce DX
- Salesforce Developer certification(s)
- Experience with Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages and Lightning components
- Ability to produce high quality technical documentation and analysis
- Ability to work with test code and unit tests
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs
- Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC application
- Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues
- Perform Salesforce administration (create accounts / profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.) and development
- Ability to support Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals
- Implement App Exchange platforms
- Research integration issues and work closely with team members on operations and development staff
Other
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development
- 5+ years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
