MCIM is looking to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to uncover trends, improve operations, and drive product innovation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Analytics (i.e., Wave/Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM) experience
  • Hands-on experience with database tools such as SAQL, SOQL, and JSON for dashboard development
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, data visualizations (i.e., Tableau), and development
  • Experience with dataflows, recipes, and dataset architecture
  • Hands-on experience with DataLakes (Snowflake, Amazon, Databricks)
  • Strong data ETL experience using Excel (Vlookup, concatenate, remove duplicates, text-to-columns)
  • Experience with a scripting programming language

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and produce statistical and other analytics reports
  • Build interactive and user-friendly dashboards using Salesforce Analytics Studio (Tableau CRM)
  • Create and maintain dataflows, recipes, and datasets for efficient data ingestion and transformation
  • Integrate data from Salesforce and external systems (via connectors or APIs)
  • Embed machine learning models and AI predictions into dashboards to enhance decision-making
  • Maintain documentation for dashboards, dataflows, and processes
  • Translate business requirements into actionable visualizations

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in mathematics, economics, computer science, information management, statistics, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of professional work experience working with data integration/ETL, data science, or data visualization
  • Strong communication skills & presentation skills
  • Comfortable with learning new things or taking on new responsibilities as we expand into new verticals, integrate with new technologies, or add new features to the product set
