- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required

- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Salesforce JavaScript Developer I certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Designs and implements customized solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Integrates Salesforce with internal and external business systems
- Collaborates with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Ensures data security, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations
- Leverages artificial intelligence (AI)-powered analytics to enhance decision-making, automate workflows, and improve system efficiency
