Requirements

  • Expertise in customization, automation, and system integrations
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification strongly preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Salesforce JavaScript Developer I certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Designs and implements customized solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Integrates Salesforce with internal and external business systems
  • Collaborates with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Ensures data security, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations
  • Leverages artificial intelligence (AI)-powered analytics to enhance decision-making, automate workflows, and improve system efficiency
