PSG is looking to enhance its Salesforce environment by designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality technical solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience in software development roles, with 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
- Proven experience developing and managing integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration tools/middleware.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.).
- Solid understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other relevant certifications are a strong plus.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and platform APIs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including applications, components, and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Manage and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other critical business systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation) using APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms.
- Perform hands-on configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builder, and flows.
- Collaborate with administrators and analysts to troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Contribute technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
- Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce environment.
- Work with the Dover Digital team and other third-party vendors as a PSG technical lead on Salesforce and related projects.
