ASRC Federal is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join their Salesforce team to work on declarative automation using Flow Builder as well as custom development using Apex, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Apex programming, including triggers, classes, and exception handling.
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and governor limits.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder and process automation.
- Familiarity with Lightning components and Visualforce.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant + Certified Platform Developer I or II
- Salesforce Certified Administrator + Certified Platform Developer I or II with prior experience working on Service Cloud Projects
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, and Scheduled Flows).
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable Apex code for triggers, classes, and batch jobs.
- Build and optimize Lightning components and Visualforce pages (as needed).
- Develop custom logic using Apex to extend platform capabilities where declarative tools fall short.
- Assist in integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party platforms.
- Write technical documentation including flow diagrams, code specs, and process documentation.
- Participate in peer code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

- Strong documentation and collaboration skills are essential for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Work closely with admins, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
