Steampunk is looking for a Salesforce Developer to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform, develop, test, document, and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce development
- Knowledge of Salesforce data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
- Must have proven knowledge and practical application of Lightning Web Components (LWCs), APEX programming, APIs, and Web Services
- Knowledge and experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
- Salesforce Developer certification(s)
- Functional understanding of Salesforce DX methodology and source control best practices with tools like GitHub, GitLab, etc.
- Proven history developing front-end web interfaces for Salesforce applications
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, document and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Experience Site pages and Lightning Web Components.
- Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests.
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs
- Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in custom built Salesforce application
- Provide support and solutions for break/fix issues
- Ability to support custom-built Salesforce configurations with Lightning Web Components (LWCs), flows, and Experience Sites

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Eligible to obtain and maintain and government security clearance
- Ability to take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
