SonicWall is seeking a Salesforce Developer to expand and optimize its Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, and Support teams, focusing on launching new Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, and Agentforce capabilities to improve productivity and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex environments.
- Proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow Builder, and API integration.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment automation frameworks.
- One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud, Advanced Administrator) preferred.
- Background working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex Triggers, Classes, Controllers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware/iPaaS, and custom web services.
- Evaluate and implement Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Flow Orchestration, and Next Best Action.
- Develop custom integrations with third-party security tools, CRM extensions, and risk management systems.
- Build predictive workflows and ML-supported automations to improve user efficiency.
- Support data model design, data integrity, and complex data migrations.
- Manage the Salesforce release cycle; test, validate, and deploy changes using CI/CD practices.
