Requirements
- Certification as a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, demonstrating advanced programmatic capabilities of the Salesforce platform
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
- Expertise in Apex for custom development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, system upgrades, and integration.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities.
- Proficiency in other programming languages like JavaScript and Visualforce is a plus.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new Salesforce features to improve business processes and enhance user engagement.
- Develop custom applications using Apex and Visualforce that are scalable and maintainable to extend the Salesforce platform based on specific business requirements.
- Automate business processes using tools such as Salesforce's Process Builder and Flow, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Manage regular system upgrades and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
