Gen II is seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer to continually improve and enhance their Salesforce platform, leveraging existing experience in a dynamic financial services environment while growing technical expertise.
Requirements
- 2+ years Salesforce administration and development experience
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, user management, security settings, record pages, and automation (Flows)
- Experience with Custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce)
- Experience with unit testing and debugging
- Salesforce certification is highly desirable (Administrator, Platform Developer I)
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and DevOps tools
Responsibilities
- Configure security settings, user permissions, and role hierarchies
- Build custom objects, fields, workflows, and automated processes using Flow Builder
- Manage licenses and monitor platform performance
- Support release cycles and system deployments
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and quality standards across the platform
- Perform data imports, exports, and cleansing activities using appropriate tools and methodologies
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, and triggers
