Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across our Salesforce platform, includes Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and more. This role will focus primarily on custom development and integration, while also supporting administrative platform management, release readiness, and feature enablement and enhancement.
Requirements
- Expert in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and declarative automation
- Solid experience with integration patterns and knowledge in platform event frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado, DevOps
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
- Salesforce Platform Developer II strongly preferred
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator certification preferred
- Experience with Service Cloud configuration and data model
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Custom Metadata, and asynchronous processing.
- Build and support platform event-based and API-driven integrations across enterprise systems.
- Develop reusable components and contribute to a scalable architecture strategy.
- Conduct Code reviews, enforce development standards, and support technical quality assurance.
- Create and validate proof-of-concept (POC) solutions for new features or architectural approaches.
- Implement and maintain secure, reliable integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and platform events.
- Support release management and deployments through CI/CD pipelines.

- This position is hybrid in the Chicago, area.
- This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday.
- Minimal travel is expected for this position.
