Nuix is looking for a Salesforce Developer to deliver high-end functionality that supports revenue systems environment and integrations, and to help the company make a positive difference in the world by finding truth and combating illegal activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
  • 2+ years Salesforce development experience, including Apex triggers, synchronous and asynchronous Apex classes, test classes, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (Developer II a plus).
  • 2+ years Salesforce CPQ experience.
  • Proven experience with MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AI features, particularly AgentForce, and ability to leverage AI within the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to conceptualize and develop requirements that align business processes, optimize system functionality, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Responsible for managing integrations including design, development, and maintenance of MuleSoft.
  • Develop scalable solutions within Salesforce, including both declarative (Flows, automation) and custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Lead-to-Order process enabled with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and related applications.
  • Support the verification, automated testing, and deployment of new and existing functionality before release to end users.
  • Implement process improvements, automation, and AI-driven enhancements to support and optimize business processes.
  • Adhere to Salesforce DevOps best practices (source control, CI/CD, sandbox strategy).

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Experience working in an Agile approach to software development is favorable.
  • Ability to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to choose the best-fit solution (declarative vs code) for a given requirement.
