U.S. Waterproofing is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to enhance their CRM to meet evolving business needs, directly impacting company efficiency and customer service.
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in Apex code, creating triggers, classes and batch processes, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, security and data models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification, App Builder or Administrator.
- Ability to work with Salesforce Community Cloud or other collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code and maintain automation (Flows, Process Builder) and triggers to automate business processes following SF best practices.
- Manage, maintain, and enhance integrations with critical 3rd party applications, including Titan Forms, Sage Intacct, SharinPix, and Arcsite solutions.
- Build and maintain workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Ensure data quality, system security, and compliance with Salesforce governance standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce configurations and integrations, perform system maintenance and provide ongoing technical support.
- Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and deployment activities.

- 5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Background in the construction, field services, or home improvement industry is a big plus.
