Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce Service Cloud and chat development
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
- Proficiency in Apex
- Proficiency in Visualforce
- Proficiency in Integration of thirdparty chat solutions
- Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in sprint planning and retrospectives
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain chat features within Salesforce Service Cloud
- Customize and configure Salesforce based on business needs
- Integrate thirdparty chat solutions for enhanced customer service
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure reliability
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and incorporate new features
