Attain Partners is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and develop Salesforce solutions for a Nonprofit client, aiming to help clients achieve real-world impact through innovative Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Apex code to be able to do code review and test providing recommendations for improvements or identify gaps
- Proficient in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS in the context of Salesforce development
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL concepts
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for apex code testing, review, and documentation.
- Collaborate with other members of the project team on custom software/integration design and system testing
- Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
- Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, mapping documents, status, project plans)
- Provide technical documentation and support training efforts as needed
- Develop test classes and automation scripts to ensure high test coverage and regression reliability

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
