Clearway Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and enhance our Sales Cloud environment. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing workflows tailored to our client development team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Sales Cloud.
- Strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications (e.g. Slack and productivity tools).
- Thorough understanding of the Salesforce.com application and experience in designing, developing and supporting the applications.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rule
- Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification(s).
Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery and analysis of current Salesforce Sales Cloud workflows to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, workflows, flows, triggers, and Lightning components.
- integrate Salesforce with additional collaboration/productivity tools to streamline communication and task management.
- Establish best practices for Salesforce configuration, development, and documentation.
- Serve as the internal Salesforce subject matter expert and provide guidance on platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmap.
- Monitor system performance and proactively recommend enhancements to improve user experience and adoption.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and vendor partners to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across systems.
