The SaaS company is looking for a Salesforce Developer to lead the development and support of key internal systems that power Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams, aiming to improve operational efficiency through smart system design.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Salesforce Flow
- HTML and CSS experience is a strong plus
- Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer certification (not required)
- Experience supporting ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Experience documenting business and technical requirements
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex and Salesforce Flow
- Customize and maintain Sales, CPQ, Marketing, Service, and Platform clouds
- Build and manage workflows, approvals, dashboards, reports, page layouts, and templates
- Handle user administration, roles, permissions, and profiles
- Manage integrations with NetSuite, Zendesk, Gong, and Chili Piper
- Respond to internal support requests and bulk data needs
- Support data migrations and system audits
Other
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with demonstrated progression to a developer role
- Willingness and capability to learn new tools (e.g., Zendesk)
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines and minimal documentation
- Prior experience in a remote work environment
