Vacatia is looking to enhance customer engagement, service delivery, and marketing operations across its portfolio of resorts by designing, building, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL
- Hands-on experience with one or more Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience)
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, middleware integrations, and data migration tools
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development, administration, or platform engineering experience
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce APIs
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Customize standard and custom objects, flows, triggers, page layouts, and validation rules to meet evolving business requirements
- Develop and maintain custom applications and components supporting Sales, Service, and Marketing functions
- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware tools (e.g., Tray.ai, Zapier)
- Automate business processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort
- Monitor system performance, resolve bugs, and provide user support across the organization
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, specifications, and development work
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or additional certifications (Admin, Service, Marketing) a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
- Bonus: Experience in hospitality, membership services, or multi-location field operations environments
- Partner with internal stakeholders to assess needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that improve team productivity and customer experiences
