Nutanix is looking for a Salesforce Application Developer to design and develop cutting-edge solutions that leverage the Force.com platform to support critical business functions, meet project objectives, and contribute to the company's success.
Requirements
- Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, Apex Triggers, Classes, and Controllers.
- Skilled in developing and integrating web services, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Demonstrates solid understanding of software architecture, design principles, and problem-solving techniques. Capable of building end-to-end Salesforce applications with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Strong aptitude for unit testing and high attention to detail. Well-versed in Salesforce development best practices, release management processes, and upgrade cycles on the Force.com platform.
- Familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools such as GitHub.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Application Development, with strong technical and functional expertise in both development and administrative tasks within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions that best leverage the Force.com platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and company goals
- Participate in technical design discussions, develop technical solution documentation that is aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation.
- Independently analyze application and system problems and incidents; develop recommendations and solutions for those problems, implement those solutions, and Provide communications on the associated actions, business impacts, and results.
- Provide support to end users to resolve any salesforce related issues.
- Participate in code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure highest code quality and appropriate design patterns are being used.
- Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structure for assigned tasks.
