Requirements
- 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience with proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required
- Proficient in Salesforce platform development with strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools like Process Builder, Flows, and custom objects.
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs, and experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL for efficient data manipulation within Salesforce.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Jenkins) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to support key business functions.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring data consistency and seamless data flow across applications.
- Suggest ways to optimize the use of 3rd party applications to enhance the go to market sales activities and processes adjacent to the core Salesforce platform.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve system performance, data integrity, and overall user experience.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet quality standards before deployment.
- Document system architecture, design changes, and user instructions.
- Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending improvements to the existing Salesforce environment based on evolving best practices.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business needs.
- Assist in training end-users and providing ongoing technical support as needed.
