Empower's Salesforce Developer plays a key role in designing, building, and optimizing Empower’s Salesforce environment to support commercial operations, customer service, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, and system integration within Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata model, security, and automation frameworks, with experience integrating Salesforce with other business platforms and APIs.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification strongly preferred; Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Integration Architect certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and implements customized solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to streamline pharmaceutical sales and service processes while developing automation and workflows that improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience.
  • Integrates Salesforce with internal and external business systems to ensure seamless data flow and real-time access to critical information, working with application programming interface development and middleware tools to optimize system performance.
  • Leverages artificial intelligence (AI)-powered analytics to enhance decision-making, automate workflows, and improve system efficiency by implementing AI-driven automation for predictive insights and personalized user experiences.
  • Ensures data security, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act by implementing best practices for access controls, data governance, and user role management.
  • Develops and maintains technical documentation to support ongoing system enhancements.
  • Designs, builds, and optimizes Empower’s Salesforce environment.
  • Implementing scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related applications through Apex, Lightning components, and API integrations.
