Modelit is looking for a Salesforce Developer to design and deliver high-quality solutions on the Salesforce Platform, supporting complex business processes for nonprofit organizations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Apex and Flow.
- Hands-on experience with NPSP.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Data and Security Model.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (VS Code, SFDX, Git).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions using Apex and Flow automation.
- Configure and customize NPSP components to meet business requirements.
- Participate in discovery sessions and translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain unit tests.
- Collaborate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, performance, and automation logic.
- Take ownership of deliverables and work directly with clients to ensure successful outcomes.
Other
- Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of nonprofit data models
- Salesforce Certifications are a strong plus:Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant
