The Company needs a Salesforce Developer to manage, maintain, and integrate the Salesforce Financial Service Cloud platform, acting as the primary point of contact for issue management, reporting, and enhancing user experience and system efficiencies.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builder and automation tools.
- Experience with Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud and CRMA Analytics preferred.
- Experience with CRMA and Einstein Analytics dashboard and reporting experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications and workflows across enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other ITSM/CRM systems.
- Customize modules to meet evolving business needs while adhering to best practices and governance standards.
- Build and support integrations between platforms using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Automate routine processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across departments.
- Maintains system security and integrity regarding all user information.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems within the platforms environment.
- Ensures integration and data exchange between Salesforce and external services, providers, or platforms.
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably in the Banking industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
