Penn State University is building an Enterprise Constituent Relationship Management program using the Salesforce.com platform. ECRM will help to manage our relationships and constituent information, so we can continue to grow as a University alongside all of the members of the Penn State community.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce products and the data model, architecture and security
- Experience developing Salesforce integrations using Informatica Cloud
- Strong Salesforce development skills using Apex, SOQL, LWC
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience working and developing in an Agile environment
- Salesforce Developer certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, install, implement, maintain, and support the Salesforce platform and associated integrations and/or applications
- Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud, and other platform features to meet the business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues promptly
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all integration processes
- Document and maintain code, processes, test plans, detailed workflow charts, and diagrams that describe input, output and logical operation
- Convey complex technical concepts, issues, and considerations to people with differing levels of technical knowledge
- Manage releases, updates, and new features in the Salesforce platform
