Teladoc Health is seeking to enhance its Salesforce ecosystem, specifically Service Cloud capabilities, to improve agent efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in medium-to-large org environments.
- Strong expertise in Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel routing and configurations, Knowledge management, and Live Agent/Chat and Messaging.
- Advanced technical proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative automation.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, platform events).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Lead development efforts across Service Cloud, including Case Management automation and workflow enhancements, Omni-Channel routing, presence configurations, and Supervisor tools, Knowledge article lifecycle management and search tuning, and Live Agent/Chat and Messaging configurations.
- Collaborate with Mobile, UI, Agentforce, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
