StationMD is looking to optimize its Salesforce implementation and drive technological innovation across the organization to improve efficiency across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong understanding of CRM architecture and best practices.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or specialized certifications).
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
  • Proficiency in API integrations and middleware platforms.
  • Experience with automation tools such as RPA platforms, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation technologies.
  • Experience with data management, ETL processes, and database administration.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability to work beyond Salesforce on emerging technology projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce solutions including Apex code, Flows, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Ensure Salesforce data hygiene, scalability, and system reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Manage Salesforce user administration including Permission Sets, Roles, Profiles, and security settings.
  • Oversee Salesforce Data Cloud and manage various data streams for optimal data flow.
  • Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive Salesforce reports and dashboards to support Growth, Operations, and Finance departments.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations and integrations.
  • Explore, evaluate, and deploy automation solutions (RPA, Power Automate) and AI technologies (Einstein, Agentforce, Agentic AI, LLMs, etc) to streamline organizational workflows.

Other

  • Partnering closely with RevOps leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver user-friendly, intuitive solutions.
  • Provide data backup/restore, business continuity and disaster recovery support to ensure system uptime and data protection.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users across departments.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve system performance.
