Concentrix is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on CPQ and core sales functionalities using modern Salesforce technologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) CPQ – including Omni Studio (Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards).
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud – including opportunity management, quoting, and lead-to-cash processes.
  • Proficient in building front-end components using Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex programming, SOQL, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Developer II or Salesforce Industries certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) CPQ to support complex product configurations and quoting processes.
  • Develop custom Salesforce components and solutions within Sales Cloud, focusing on Core Selling features, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, admins, QA, and project managers.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Provide production support, debugging, and resolution of issues across CPQ and Sales Cloud functionalities.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
